The Wineca group was created in 1975. It was made of a combination of Venezuelan companies dedicated primarily to agricultural and agro industrial activities. It counts with owned companies created to give support and balance in the areas of finance, distribution, transportation, imports, engineering, environmental impact, crop dusting, logistics, and information technology. Now a day Wineca is made of 3 divisions that group together 9 companies, these being the following: Agricola A y B, Industria Venezolana Maicera Pronutricos, Agrodelta, Progelca, Inversiones Wineca, Didica, Transwilly, Fumigaciones Willy, and Infrawin.
